At Batavia, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture or decor purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Log into your Batavia account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repackage your items in their original Batavia boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
